FABRIC FLOWER PINS

The fabric flower pins have become so popular that I had to make one. My sister, Shirley, and I went to the fabric shop the other day and had a great time picking out all colors of fabric to make the pins. They are really quick and easy to make and will make great gifts to give to friends.
Check out Shirley's pin on her blog
Supplies used: Big Shot Die Cut Machine (#113439), Extended Cutting Pads (#113478), Extended Premium Crease Pad (#117630), Folder Flower Big Die (#115970)

"MY FAVORITE FLOWER"

Daffodils are my very favorite flowers. When they bloom I know that Spring can't be far behind.
When I saw this stamp set, Abundant Hope, in the Occassions Mini Catalog I knew I had to have it.
This card was also made at our "GG" Stamper's Club last week (see yesterday's post). The "spotlighting" technique was used; therefore, there was very little coloring. Also, the new punch that is FREE in the Sale-A-Bration catalog was used to give a pretty scalloped trim border. If you would like dimensions for the card just email me at csoehler@bellsouth.net.

March is the final month of the Sale-A-Bration promotion. Don't miss this chance to receive FREE merchandise. Look over the Sale-A-Bration brochure on the right hand side of my blog for details on this great promotion.

"GG' STAMPER CLUB CARDS

My sister, Shirley and I held our bi-monthly "GG" (Gorgeous Girls) Stamp Club last week and these are the cards that Shirley designed for the ladies. The one on the left is made from the pretty designer paper, Sweet Pea, on page 33 of the Occasions Mini Catalog. This 12" x 12" pack of designer paper contains a total of 48 sheets, 2 each of 24 double-sided designs.
The card on the right is "cased" right from the March issue of the Stampin' Success magazine. This is a monthly magazine that is sent to all Stampin' Up! demonstrators. It includes helpful articles and lots of ideas for cards and scrapbook pages.
If you would like dimensions of either of the cards contact Shirley at shirleym@vnet.net. Also, be sure to visit her blog at http://thedailystamper.blogspot.com

I'M BACK!!!!!!!!!!

Now that the Olympic Games are over maybe I can get back to "blogging". I really enjoy watching all the athletes that have trained so hard realize their lifetime goal of just being able to compete in the Olympic games. Congratulations to all the US teams that competed!!

This is one of my favorite St. Patrick's Day cards. I made this last year for some of my friends and next week I am going to help some of them make it themselves. If you would like the directions, please email me at csoehler@bellsouth.net.
