HAPPY NEW YEAR'S EVE

If you're going to a party tonight you might want to take your hostess a bottle of wine with this New Year's topper on it. It's quick and easy to make.
Supplies Needed:
Basic Black C/S (#102851) 3 1/4" x 11"
Brushed Gold C/S (#102935) 3" x 10 3/4"
Large Star punch (#110710)
Corner Rounder punch (#109047)
1 1/4 Circle punch (#104403)
Dazzling Diamonds giltter (#102023)
2-Way glue pen (#100425)

Punch out three stars on gold cardstock. Layer the gold c/s on the black c/s. Score 2 3/4" from top and punch circle for neck of wine bottle to go through. Use the three gold stars that you punched out to decorate the topper. Use 2-way glue pen to outline all of the stars. Then dust each star with dazzling diamonds glitter. I purchased some curly ribbon at an After Christmas Sale and used it to embellish the bottle and topper.
