Wednesday night my sister, Shirley, and I had a SAS and these are the cards that I designed for the event. Shirley and I are both SU demonstrators and work together as a team. Our ladies made 12 cards, 3 of 4 designs. Please check out Shirley's blog, http://thedailystamper.blogspot.com/, to see the cards she designed.The card on the left was made with Sahara Sand and Not Quite Navy cardstock, Bella Bleu designer paper and Kraft taffeta ribbon. The punched out sentiment was from the Think Happy Thoughts stamp set.
The card on the right was made from Soft Suede, Melon Mambo , and Very Vanilla cardstock along with the Melon Mambo polka-dot grosgrain ribbon. The Simply Said and Warmest Regards (retired) stamp sets were used.
We try to keep the cards that we make at our Stamp-A-Stacks very simple.
